Exhibitor/Vendor Parking Passes (NEW for
Festival 2009)
In order to facilitate more orderly parking and availability of
parking for exhibitors and vendors, we will be issuing parking passes
for the main lot next to the festival field. Each exhibitor/vendor
will receive one (1) pass by mail prior to the event. This pass
should be displayed to the parking lot attendant as you enter, and
then remain on display in your windshield. All vehicles without a pass
displayed will be asked to park along nearby roadways.
If someone is dropping off materials for your exhibitor/vendor space,
they may do so without a pass, but they will not be able to park in the
lot. Please try to coordinate your volunteers/employees/staff and
carpool as much as possible.
